It is time to Create your World. Karissa and I just created this really fast spot to give you guys updates on our MK world in the MAGIC.
Here are a couple of thoughts:
Shut-Up. We have the VP of Brand Development for the WORLD of Mary Kay coming to our Advance in Oct. SHUT UP. I know Sheryl Adkins-Green from my Harvard days. You will love the outstanding, new and edgy information she brings and teaches up on the product.
I was soooooooooo moved by the outstanding number of professional WAS we submitted last week. Talk about a Happy National. My consultants in B351 and my directors were ON IT!!! Accountability is key to moving up. I love to see your work and watch you change lives. How many STARS week will we have the first week? STAR Week = $300 Retail.
Calling ALL Units – 5 by the 15th!!! All Units performing at the sharing level in September. I am looking for all units to grow by 5 new agreements between the 1st – 15th of this month. Can you be a part??? Last month – only one director completed – Debra Thompson with 9!!! I just know – I mean I KNOW by units in the MAGIC – the #1 Area in the entire Emerald Division can show up and show out HERE!!!
